Is Housekeeping available?
Housekeeping is included only 1 day (middle of the retreat). Each person is asked to keep their rooms tidy.
Is smoking permitted?
No Smoking on premises, or in villa. It is a smoke free retreat. We are a non-smoking facility, evidence of smoking in the guest rooms or common areas will result in a $1,000 cleaning fee.
What is check in and check out time?
Arrival check in: 1400. Checkout: 1100
(Departure options are more flexible, and the round trip airport pick-up is included.
Are medical doctors available or on premise should I require medical attention?
Medical services /and hospital, and pharmacy less than 20 minutes away. A first responder is available on the retreat.
May I have the opportunity to do laundry at the retreat?
Laundry is free to use and there is a schedule to help facilitate times for each person.
What is the minimum age to book the retreat?
21+ yrs of age.
Can I bring my pet?
PETS: None allowed, not even therapy dogs as it would require quarantine in Costa Rica and is not permitted in the retreat villa policy.
