Reiki

Reiki is an ancient system of energy work and chakra balancing based on the studies of Dr. Usui Reiki. Reiki greatly assists in the healing process of your body. It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit - creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well-being.

How Does Reiki Work?

Patients may lie down or sit fully clothed while the practitioner holds their hands on or above you. A treatment can last an hour or longer depending on the treatment required. I often use the standard hand positions and commonly give a full treatment, covering all the important organs of the body.

As a qualified Reiki Master, I offer Reiki and Pranic Healing sessions to assist patients with various diseases and ailments for people of all ages.

Reiki Level 1-3 Courses

How Do I Learn Reiki?

Anyone can learn Reiki. There are no special requirements. You just need to be open-minded and prepared to spend a day with like-minded people, exploring an exciting energy method. When you learn Reiki, you’ll find that this will bring a sense of peace, contentment and serenity, helping you to feel more positive and better able to cope. Reiki in its original form is much more about working on your self than it is about working on other people, so you will learn several approaches that you can use to work on yourself.

During your courses, you will pair up with other students or person to give a full Reiki treatment and receive a full Reiki treatment, under the close guidance and support of your teacher. Covering all the basics, you will treat and be treated from head to foot, and you’ll find out what an amazing experience giving and receiving Reiki can be! When you have finished, we will review what you have felt and noticed, and what your ‘client’ has experienced! You will also go through three simple and powerful ‘connection’ rituals, called ‘Reiju’ also known as ‘attunements’ and enable you to use Reiki for your own benefit and for the benefit of the people around you – your family and friends. Each course is a further advancement and experience of your abilities which will stay with you for life. You will never lose it, and Reiki works for everyone.

  • The Reiki Principles

  • Explanation of Attunement/initiation process

  • Four First-Level powerful attunements

Reiki Level 2 Course

Open to all who have completed First Level with any teacher or any tradition welcome

Course Content

• Review of First Level Reiki
• Sharing of experiences of Attunement/initiations and questions arising
• Two powerful Second Level Traditional Reiki Initiations
• Teaching and practice of Reiki hand position for self-healing chair treatment, and lying on a plinth while using the symbols
• Each student to practice giving and receiving Reiki incorporating the use of the symbols
• Sharing of feedback since First Level Initiation and the experience of using Reiki on self and family and friends
• Introduction, practice and use of the  Reiki Symbols
• Teaching the Reiki symbols and practice of them physically
• Explanation and practice of distant Reiki Healing and distant treatments (to include short distance reiki for a goals, distant reiki for past event healing, distant reiki for future event/situation, world reiki healing, earth healing, global healing, sending reiki to passed over souls, distant reiki for relationships, the distant reiki pyramid, reiki for manifestation, reiki for gratitude, reiki to make a difference in the world, group global reiki, self distant reiki treatments)
Professional full distant reiki treatment: How to manage and deliver a full distant reiki treatment to a client – actual practice of this.  How to record treatments.
