These follow-up consultations are designed to keep you on track no matter how fast or slow your current lifestyle may be. ​ HEALTH COACHING YOUR MIND! Join me for a Visionary Board Workshop/ Getaway, Reiki Workshop, or Holistic Retreat where we additionally address the mind and all the stresses, hang-ups, anchors and unhealthy thoughts which prevent you from living the life you've always wanted. Cancellation Policy

We respectfully request at least 72 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made less than 24 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable. Changes made before 24 hours are permitted with the same deposit.
