Reiki Level 1-3 Courses
Anyone can learn Reiki. There are no special requirements—just an open mind and a willingness to spend time exploring this powerful energy method with like-minded people. Our Reiki courses are structured into three levels: Reiki 1, Reiki 2, and Reiki 3 (Master level). Each course builds on the previous one, deepening your connection to universal energy and expanding your ability to channel healing for yourself and others. Reiki 1 focuses on self-healing and introduces you to the basic techniques of Reiki. Reiki 2 enhances your skills, allowing you to send Reiki over distance and work with sacred symbols for greater healing power. Reiki 3, the Master level, empowers you to pass Reiki on to others, furthering your spiritual journey and teaching abilities. Through Reiki, you'll experience a profound sense of peace, contentment, and serenity, helping you navigate life’s challenges with more positivity. By giving and receiving Reiki, you cultivate a lifelong tool for well-being, not only for yourself but for the people around you.

How Do I Learn Reiki?
Anyone can learn Reiki. There are no special requirements. You just need to be open-minded and prepared to spend a day with like-minded people, exploring an exciting energy method. When you learn Reiki, you’ll discover a sense of peace, contentment, and serenity. This will help you feel more positive and better equipped to cope with life's challenges.

Which Method?
In this course, we teach the Usui method of Reiki, the original Japanese technique founded by Mikao Usui. This method focuses on self-healing, personal development, and offering healing to others through the gentle, powerful practice of channeling universal energy.

What Can I Expect?
During the course, you'll pair up with other students to both give and receive full Reiki treatments under the close guidance of a Reiki Master. You'll treat and be treated from head to foot, experiencing firsthand the profound effects of Reiki. You'll also undergo three simple yet powerful connection rituals known as 'Reiju' or 'attunements,' enabling you to use Reiki for your own benefit and for the well-being of others.

Extra
As an added bonus, this Reiki course includes a Sound Bath session. A Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing experience where participants are bathed in the soothing vibrations of various instruments like singing bowls and gongs. These sounds promote a meditative state and enhance the healing process, complementing your Reiki practice beautifully.

Will I Be Certified?
Yes! Upon completing the course, you will receive a valid and registered certification, recognized by Reiki associations.

Meet Your Instructor
This course is presented by Reiki Master Sayanah Janell, a member of the IARP Reiki Association with over 20 years of experience. Her wisdom and expertise make this an enriching experience for every participant.

Reiki 1 Course Content
* Includes Reiki Workbook (a $20 value). * How Reiki actually works * The benefits of Reiki * History of Reiki * The Reiki Principles * Explanation of Attunement/initiation process * Four First-Level powerful attunements * Meditation/visualization * Correct breathing and posture * Sharing of experiences of Attunement/initiations and questions arising * Teaching and practice of Reiki hand position for self-healing, chair treatment, and lying on a plinth * Each student will practice giving and receiving Reiki * Explanation of the energetic systems of the body – including the aura, chakras, endocrine systems * Opportunities for students to share workshop experience * The possible effects during and after a Reiki treatment * Brief introduction to the various levels of Reiki * Teaching the importance of personal energy management, protection, self-care and well-being while giving and receiving Reiki * The spiritual concepts and philosophy of Reiki * Working with guides and angels * This course may be counted as a module for people who choose to learn Reiki at any stage.
Reiki 2 Course (1 Full day): $299
Open to all who have completed First Level (Reiki 1) with any teacher. Any tradition welcome!

• Review of First Level Reiki
• Sharing of experiences of Attunement/initiations and questions arising
• Two powerful Second Level Traditional Reiki Initiations
• Teaching and practice of Reiki hand position for self-healing chair treatment, and lying on a plinth while using the symbols
• Each student to practice giving and receiving Reiki incorporating the use of the symbols
• Sharing of feedback since First Level Initiation and the experience of using Reiki on self and family and friends
• Introduction, practice and use of the Reiki Symbols
• Teaching the Reiki symbols and practice of them physically
• Explanation and practice of distant Reiki Healing and distant treatments (to include short distance reiki for a goals, distant reiki for past event healing, distant reiki for future event/situation, world reiki healing, earth healing, global healing, sending reiki to passed over souls, distant reiki for relationships, the distant reiki pyramid, reiki for manifestation, reiki for gratitude, reiki to make a difference in the world, group global reiki, self distant reiki treatments)
Professional full distant reiki treatment: How to manage and deliver a full distant reiki treatment to a client – actual practice of this. How to record treatments.
