Reflexology
Reflexology is a therapeutic practice focused on applying pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, or ears. These points, known as reflex areas, correspond to different organs and systems throughout the body. The goal of reflexology is to promote relaxation, improve circulation, reduce stress, and support overall well-being.

How Does Reflexology Work?
-
Initial Consultation: The session begins with a brief consultation to discuss your health history, current concerns, and specific areas of discomfort.
-
Relaxation Phase: You will be asked to lie down or sit comfortably, typically in a reclining chair, while soft music or calming sounds play in the background.
-
Application of Pressure: Using their fingers, thumbs, and specialized tools, the reflexologist will apply pressure to the reflex areas. Techniques may include kneading, walking, or pressing motions.
-
Feedback and Adjustment: The reflexologist will regularly check in with you about the pressure level and comfort, adjusting their technique as needed.
